Dietary advice

Dietary sources of vitamins and minerals

It is not uncommon to find out that you have low iron, calcium, vitamin B12 or folate on a blood test. 

There can be a number of reasons for this so please discuss with the GP / nurse.  

Some cases are mild and levels can be improved through dietary changes.
